This person would assist the team in daily cleanings of the center. For two hours a day from Monday through Thursday followed by a deep cleaning to be done over the weekend. Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.:Maintain cleanliness of all common, public areas, and classroomsDust and sanitize all areasClean floors: vacuum, sweep, dust, mopMaintain security protocols by doing nightly lock checks of all exterior exits during shiftsFollow established health and safety procedures for using cleaning chemicalsEmpty trash receptacles, pick up litter in and around buildingAssist with inventory of supplies in closets and in storageMake sure all cleaning supplies are locked in designated areas at end of shiftMaintain building restrooms, both cleaning and sanitizing dailyCompliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirementsOther duties, as assignedMinimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job:Previous related experience preferredAdhere to all safety policiesAbility to work nights and weekendsInteract and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company's Service Excellence standardsPhysical Requirements:Job requires standing, walking, handling, reaching, stooping and climbing stairsAbility to work with cleaning chemicals for the majority of your shiftUse vacuum, mop and fill bucket of water, and like equipmentLift and carry 35 lbsMust be at least 18 years of ageCommunicate clearly in English, both verbal / non-verbal, and writtenMiscellaneous information:This is an hourly position and is subject to overtimeEmployment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background checkPosition is required to work evenings (2 hrs/night Monday -Thursday) plus a deep clean on the weekend (3 hrs)Position requires working weekends and holidays as neededAll Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation employees are required to follow adapting COVID policies and guidelines.The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation hourly pay range for this position. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
